How I can select one apartment?

It's simple. Selected in the search box on the home page the dates you want to visit Sitges and the number of guests. Click on the search button and the system will return the apartments that are free at that time and that have the capacity for the number of people requested or more.

If your dates are flexible, click on the upper right menu to see the full list of apartments. Here you will see all the accommodations we manage and you will be able to select the one that best suits you according to your needs.

 

How I can book an apartment?

With Blausitges is very easy!

When you have selected the apartment and the number of people, click on the book button.

Enter your personal data.

Then you must read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Finally you will proceed to our secure encrypted site for credit card payment.

Enter the requested information and accept the charge.

Within seconds you'll receive an email confirming that the reservation is in process.

In less than 24 hours, and if there is no trouble, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

In unlikely event that your reservation can not be accepted no amount will be charger to your card.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do so in writing, by e-mail or fax. The amount paid to secure the booking will not be refunded in any case.

 

I cannot pay with my credit card, what I can do?

Contact our customer service department. They will indicate you what may be happening as you may need to contact your bank for any issue with your credit card.

 

I have already paid for the deposit to secure my booking, what should I do now?

In a few minutes you will receive an e-mail stating that we are checking the pre-booking and that payment of the deposit has been processed correctly. In less than 24 hours, and if everything is correct, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation. In it you will find all the information regarding the apartment and the contact details for your welcome agent.

 

After 24 hours I have not received the confirmation email, what do I do?

Look into the spam folder of your email. If it is not there, please contact us.

 

How do I pay the outstanding balance or the rental?

In the booking confirmation email, you will find instructions on how to make payment of the rest of the rent and the security deposit.

 

Where do I pick up the keys?

In most accommodation keys are collected in the same apartment the day of arrival. In the booking confirmation email you have the contact details of your welcome agent.

 

What if the booking is not confirmed?

In the unlikely event of not being able to confirm the booking, Blausitges will try by all means to offer you an alternative accommodation with similar features and price. If this is not possible, no charge will be made to your credit card.

 

Are there baby cots?

If traveling with babies we can provide you with a baby kit. You can select this extra service during the booking process.

If you have already confirmed your reservation and you have not selected the baby kit, please let us know immediately and we will inform you if we still have some available and its cost.

The baby kit consists of a travel cot, an extra mattress, sheets and a highchair.

 

Can I bring my pet?

If traveling with pets, please, ask before confirming your booking.

 

Do the apartments have internet?

Most apartments offer free wifi. If this service is important to you, make sure you have selected an accommodation with this feature.
