Any check-in beyond 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after you check out.

Great sea views and central location we had a fantastic 12 day stay in this 1 bedroom apartment near the center of sitges. The apartment is located in the front of the building with a great view of the sea from the balcony. We had everything we needed to make small meals in the apartment and we felt like we were at home. In addition to all the kitchen items we needed, the apartment has a small washing machine and ironing board. The living room and bedroom are spacious and the balcony is perfect for outdoor dining or a drink. Highly recommend this apartment for a fantastic stay in Sitges!
The place is perfectly located, with bars and restaurants right by. It’s a little noisy at night but it’s the pay-off for being so central with great views to the sea and beach and a good way to finish the evening people watching on the balcony. My only comment would be for 5 stars and the cost I would expect more than one toilet roll to be left for the week - 1 feels a little stingy and more than 1 pillow each at night, with an extra sheet. Whilst there was a duvet in the cupboard this is too heavy and 1 very light sheet too light for me personally. So to have options would be better. Sadly for us the air con stopped working as did the electricity. But our host did their best as this was out of their control. But a fan in the cupboard could’ve saved us waiting up on the final night for a fan to arrive. All in all great location and good people. Just a few tweaks I would recommend
Excellent apartment and location.
The apartment was really nice with lots of space. good size balcony with a sea view, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, nice bathroom with a good size shower and the bedroom had a very large bed. The apartment complex is lovely with 2 nice pools and great cafe.There’s also 2 nice restaurants either side of the apartments, plus plenty of others a short walk away. The beach is a few mins walk and there are convenience stores within 10 mins walk. The host, Juan, was really helpful. there was communication in advance to arrange arrival and he met us at the building entrance when we arrived. He also provided a map and some suggestions for restaurants and supermarkets. I would definitely consider going back and would recommend staying here.
We always stay in this complex due to its amazing facilities and location. This unit was good with a nice position. We had some minor operational issues when we arrived but the team responded well. I would stay here again.
