Magnificent two storey villa with 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet.
Access to the villa is through a flight of stairs, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
On the ground floor there is the spacious living room, the large open kitchen and a toilet. There is a terrace on this same level which is equipped with a table and chairs for eating or dining outdoors, a deckchair and an umbrella. There is also a barbecue.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the two full bathrooms.
The villa has central AC which supplies air conditioning to all rooms and the living room.
From the upper level, through another flight of stairs, there is access to the spectacular communal area, with a swimming pool, a garden and a tennis court.
The VILLA PANORAMIC is one of the 16 houses in the complex that share this equipment. All community areas are usually very quiet and not very crowded.
The beautiful PANORAMIC VILLA is settled in the Vallpineda neighbourhood, a residential area a short distance from Sitges town and the beaches.
It’s considered a high class area, with some community services and entrance security.
The house is located almost at the end of a hilly road at one end of the complex, which ensures excellent views over Sitges, the sea and the surrounding mountains while staying in a very quiet area.
Although we recommend having your own car, it is not essential since the center of Sitges is only 1.8 km away, which is about 25 minutes on foot.
The PANORAMIC VILLA is one of the 16 houses in the development that share the garden, the pool and the tennis court. All of them are mostly very quiet and uncrowded areas.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.
The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.
As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 1000€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.

La maison est parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille, tant la localisation que les extérieurs ( terrasse, piscine )… très bonne communication avec l’agence… la climatisation en parfaite état de fonctionnement était un plus!

Excelente lugar muy relajante. la piscina es grande y no suele estar muy ocupada. Las ventanas tienen persianas. El aire acondicionado va muy bien. Las camas son cómodas. Eso sí, recomiendo venir con coche porque está un poco lejos de las atracciones (playa, restaurantes, etc.).
