At Blausitges we are trying to adapt to the current situation and face the challenges that the pandemic is throwing at us day by day. We are very attentive to the evolution of events in order to adapt to our clients’ needs.

Due to the constant changes in the mobility guidelines set by the administrations of the different countries, we want to facilitate the planning of our clients' vacations.

That is why, all the reservations that are confirmed from October 1st to December 31st, and with the expected arrival until March 15th, 2021, have a FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY.

These reservations can be canceled or postponed any time before the arrival day if any of the guests are infected by COVID-19 or if travel restrictions prevent you from reaching Sitges.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IF CANCELLING FOR COVID INFECTION:

We will offer a full refund of the amount paid in advance in case the holder of the reservation or one of his/her companions are infected by COVID-19.

In order to qualify for the refund, the name of all guests must be confirmed prior to cancellation.

The booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your arrival day and time.

A medical proof of infection must be provided on behalf one of the registered travelers.

The full amount paid in advance will be returned the week after your expected arrival day, except bank fees if apply.


IF CANCELLING FOR TRAVELLING RESTRICTIONS:

We will offer a full refund of the amount paid in advance to reservations affected by travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Travel restrictions are understood as:

  • Mandatory quarantine measures to access Spain.
  • Mandatory confinement in Sitges
  • Closure of the airspace of the arrival airport.

The booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your arrival day and time.

The full amount paid in advance will be returned the week after your expected arrival day, except bank fees if apply.


IF NOT BEING ABLE TO TRAVEL FOR OTHER COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES:

In this case, we can offer you to postpone your trip, holding your credit till you are ready to rebook your holidays.

Any payment made can be transferred to another reservation during 2020 and even next year 2021.

Any modification of the original reservation will be subject to availability, being possible to change to other accommodation adapting the rates if they are not the same.

The reservation can be transferred to friends or family. Contact us to change the names of the guests.
