At Blausitges we are trying to adapt to the current situation and face the challenges that the pandemic is throwing at us day by day. We are very attentive to the evolution of events in order to adapt to our clients’ needs.
Due to the constant changes in the mobility guidelines set by the administrations of the different countries, we want to facilitate the planning of our clients' vacations.
That is why, all the reservations that are confirmed from May 25 to June 30, and with the expected arrival until October 31, 2020, have a FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY.
These reservations can be modified, postponed or canceled up to 28 days before arrival, this way we can guarantee the protection of the payment you have made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any payment made can be transferred to another reservation during 2020 and even next year 2021.
This policy applies specifically to reservations affected by travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Travel restrictions are understood as:
- Mandatory quarantine measures to access Spain.
- Mandatory confinement in Sitges or in the country of origin of the guests.
- Closure of the airspace of the departure or arrival airport.
Any other reason will be analizyed individually.
Any modification of the original reservation will be subject to availability, being possible to change to other accommodation adapting the rates if they are not the same.
The reservation can be transferred to friends or family. Contact us to change the names of the guests.
In the event that the refund of the amount paid is eligible, it will be done by the same payment method used when making the reservation.
