This apartment is located in the attic of the building, where you can enjoy 2 big terraces. One of the terraces is a Lounge Terrace and the other one is a Solarium Area, both fully furnished with everything you need to make your holidays unique.
This elegant apartment has 1 double-room, a bathroom, a completely equipped kitchen and a large but cozy living room with a sofa bed available (only under previous request) to accommodate a kid or an occassional guest.
All rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning and heating units. There is also a fast speed internet.
We also manage the INDUSTRIAL, PROVENÇALand the MEDITERRANI apartments in the same building so, booking all three together, we can accommodate up to 17 guests.
Although the building has a lift, we must inform you that it is only available from the first floor, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach it.
The ROMANTIK apartment is located in the center of Sitges, just steps away from the beach.All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance.Only 100 meters away, walking down a little street, our guests will find the famous golden sandy beaches and a huge 2 km palm tree promenade, the Paseo Marítimo, ideal for relaxing walks, cycling or rollerblading.
All the local amenities are on the surrounding blocks... with plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also the liveliest gay area in Sitges is just on your doorstep.
Although this great apartment is literally in the center of Sitges, it is a very calm spot because all bedrooms are facing the much quieter rear of the building, not the busy street below.
The train station, bus stop and taxi stands are very close. The train ride to Barcelona city center or El Prat International airport takes about 30 minutes. There is no need for a car, while staying at the ROMANTIK apartment.
Parties and smoking NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. This tax, currently, has a cost of 1€ (VAT not included) per person (over 16 years) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, and is payable to your greeter at the property.
This accommodation offers a self check-in system so guests can access the property without needing the host to be there. We will share all the instructions to access the apartment once the booking is confirmed.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
