The RAINBOW CIAN apartment is one of the 7 apartments in the RAINBOW BUILDING BY BLAUSITGES.
This property is located on the 2nd floor of the building with NO lift.
The apartment is compact but well equipped in a basic but comfortable style. Despite being small in size, it has a separate bedroom with a queen size doble bed and a huge wardrobe space and an open plan kitchen with a bar and two stalls and everything you might need to prepare basic recipes. There is also a separate bathroom with WC, hand basin and walk in shower with shower screen.
The living and dining area are equipped with a round table and chairs to sit 4 people and a sofa bed where two more people can occasionally sleep (upon request and at an extra cost).
There is a small balcony, facing the rear of the building (no views) that has been painted with a cute and refreshing underwater scene.
The RAINBOW CIAN apartment is equipped with two AC/heating units, one in the living and the other one in the bedroom. The bathroom also has a heating radiator for extra comfort during the winter months.
We can accommodate up to 25 guests booking all 7 apartments in the building.
The whole building offers fiber optic for our guests’ convenience.
This is the perfect spot for those wanting to be in the middle of the action, just a few meters from the beach and with all the bars and clubs at your doorstep.
The RAINBOW CIAN apartment is located in the most famous street in Sitges, the “Pecado” street, where most bars and clubs are located and where most people meet and gather at night, especially on weekends and holidays.
It’s also only 50mts from the golden sandy beach and the beautiful promenade.
Being on a pedestrian street in the center, there is no need to have a car to stay at the RAINBOW APARTMENTS BUILDING but, may you decide to come to Sitges driving, we will show you the best places to park your car, on the street free of charge or at a secured parking space at an extra cost, whatever suits you best.
As mentioned, this property is on the 2nd floor of the building above the street level, but it´s also on the busiest area of Sitges. Although the entire building is well soundproofed with double-glazed windows and despite the apartment is facing the rear of the building, you might hear a rumor from the street, especially on summer nights and weekends. The rest of the time it is a very quiet location.
It’s a privilege to stay on this street and you will sure love it if you plan to enjoy Sitges day and night, but we do not recommend it to families with babies, people looking for a relaxing stay or light sleepers who like to go to bed early.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. This tax, currently, has a cost of 1,10€ (VAT included) per person (over 16 years) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, and is payable to your greeter at the property.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.

L’appartement est très bien situé, et extrêmement propre. La chambre est spacieuse avec beaucoup de rangements et la salle de bain impeccable. Le seul petit point négatif si vous souhaitez profiter de la terrasse est le bruit généré par une soufflerie émanant du restaurant au rez-de-chaussée aux heures du déjeuné et du dîner.
The nicest apartment I’ve stayed in was just beautiful everything I needed for my weeks vacations. Yes it’s a little noisy as it’s above bars but it didn’t bother me one bits. The hosts were amazing as well I give this place 100% and would recommend it for sure.
Accueillis par Manel de manière très sympathique, l’appartement est à 30 m de la plage et de la promenade le long du bord de mer. Appartement très propre avec clé à code, très pratique. Très bonne literie et salle de bain impeccable.
