This very special penthouse apartment is located in a cul-de-sac street in the highly sought after old quarter of Sitges and next to the San Sebastian beach area. Just a short walk from the town center with its many bars, restaurants and shops and even closer to San Sebastian beach, this is a wonderfully located apartment. Close to the action but not right on top of it!
There is no need to have a car while staying at this property as everything as at your front door and both, the train station and the bus stop linking Sitges with Barcelona and the airport are less than 5 minutes’ walk away.
The LE SECRET penthouse is located on the upper floor of an old residential building with no lift. Don´t let the twisted and narrow flight of stairs let you down because, at the end of the climb, you will find paradise!
The whole property has been fully renewed and redecorated in late 2019 by a renowned local architecture team. Accessing the apartment you will find the main indoor area, a large room serving as living and main bedroom.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a large closet. The bedroom area has a double bed and two cabinets to storage your belongings. Blue sliding panels can be opened during the day for some extra space and can be closed at night to make the bedroom fully private. There is an ensuited full bathroom with shower accessible from the bedroom.
From this large room there is access to a wonderful terrace divided in two areas, one with an outdoor dining table with chairs and a chill out area with some comfortable chairs to relax.
The new designer kitchen is compact but well equipped including all the mod cons. There are also plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery making self-catering very easy. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a half bathroom ensuited, with hand basin and a walk in shower. The WC is independent and it´s next to the bedroom.
From the kitchen there is access to a small terrace with a flight of stairs that leads to the highlight of this property, the private rooftop terrace! Upstairs, our guests will be able to sunbath, relax on the sofas or even take a shower while enjoying a glass of fresh local wine.
