Located on the second floor, this 120 m2 fully equipped apartment is decorated and designed in an Industrial Style. Every single detail is being prepared with the main objective of making your holidays relaxed, enjoyable and unforgettable and, of course, different!!
This beautiful apartment has 1 suite room (with 1 bathroom included) with a double bed (135x190cm), 1 double-room with a double bed (150x190cm), a single room with bunk bed (90x190cm), a second bathroom, a completely furnished kitchen and a large but cozy living room. You will find a wide balcony area where you can enjoy the ambiance and the views of the heart of the city, fully equipped with everything you need to make your holidays unique.
All rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning and heating units. There is also a fast speed internet.
We also manage the apartments PROVENÇAL, and MEDITERRANI, in the same building so, booking all three together, we can accommodate up to 15 guests.
Although the building has a lift, we must inform you that it is only available from the first floor, so you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach it.
The INDUSTRIAL apartment is located in the center of Sitges, just steps away from the beach.All shops, bars, restaurants and the nightlife are in walking distance.Only 100 meters away, walking down a little street, our guests will find the famous golden sandy beaches and a huge 2 km palm tree promenade, the Paseo Marítimo, ideal for relaxing walks, cycling or rollerblading.
All the local amenities are on the surrounding blocks... with plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bars, etc. Also the liveliest gay area in Sitges is just on your doorstep.
Although this great apartment is literally in the center of Sitges, it is a very calm spot because all bedrooms are facing the much quieter rear of the building, not the busy street below.
The train station, bus stop and taxi stands are very close. The train ride to Barcelona city center or El Prat International airport takes about 30 minutes. There is no need for a car, while staying at the INDUSTRIAL apartment.
Pets, parties and smoking NOT allowed.
The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.
As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.
Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.

The apartment was in an amazing location within very close proximity of the beach and shops. Whilst the apartment is on a fairly busy street, once inside, it is quiet. We had a slight hiccup with the code for the internal door, but this was addressed very quickly by the responsive hosts. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
The location of the apartment is very close to the beach and town centre. The apartment has excellent sound proofing and is very large and suitable for families. The beach near the apartment is also very suitable for families. We dealt with Manel, who was excellent and always willing to help.

We had a wonderful stay in Industrial Apartment. There were 4 adults and 2 kids. The place was clean and very spacious, which is great when you’re traveling with a large group. It’s conveniently located, making it easy to get almost anywhere. There are several supermarkets within walking distance. The best part of the location is its proximity to the sea — just a 2-minute walk, which is very convenient. The only downside is that the street gets noisier on weekends, but the bedrooms face the backyard, so it’s still quiet at night.
Najviac sa mi páčilo, že po veľkom sklamaní z predošlého ubytovania nám po rezervovaní apartmánu ubytovateľ behom polhodiny odovzdal kľúče od apartmánu. Bol veľmi ochotný, dôkladne nám všetko vysvetlil. Apartmán bol veľký, priestranný, s moderným zariadením. Neskôr nám ubytovateľ poslal aj mail, v ktorom nám ešte raz všetko podrobne vysvetlil a uistil nás, že v prípade akýchkoľvek problémov sa môžeme na neho obrátiť. Bol to príjemný pocit, že sa o nás takto starajú, že sme pre nich dôležití.

Very clean and nice place, nothing you can complain
The place is great. Perfectly situated in town and very close to the beach, which cannot be overstated. It’s about a 3-minute walk, and when you’re full of sand and barefoot, you can just run home to shower off. The place is large and very clean. The beds are a bit small, and bedrooms can be stuffy at night unless you open windows or run the AC. Rooms are quiet from street noise, especially the two rooms in the back: the master bedroom and the bunk beds. For an expensive place, some more paper products would have been nice, so prepare to buy them yourself.

Het royale appartement ligt midden in het centrum van Sitges, op loopafstand van de vele leuke en goede restaurantjes, het strand en het openbaar vervoer.
Apartamento en el centro de Sitges. Playa a 50 metros. Supermercados muy cerca. Lavadora, plancha y electrodomésticos de todo tipo. Cómodo y buen gusto.
Logement spacieux, très bien équipé. Bonne climatisation, WIFI excellent.
