Please, note that the INDIGO villa has been recently renovated in spring 2019, which means that the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms have been updated in a modern and functional design.
The living and dining area plus all bedrooms have been redecorated and refreshed with white color and the Mediterranean islands mood in mind as our inspiration.
First thing you notice upon entering the property is the large private garden surrounding the house. It has an 11mts x 4mts private pool, perfect for children to play and adults to relax.
The back side of the house has a barbeque zone with a gas barbeque (butane cylinder provided by the villa owner) where you will be able to cook some delicious meals that you can enjoy sitting on the porch along with a glass of good local wine.
There is also a parking space for 2 or 3 cars inside the enclosure although it´s not difficult to park on the street in front of the villa.
The private garden is so big that you will have enough room to relax and sunbath while your kids will be safely running around and playing football.
Once inside, the house has been fully remodeled and redecorated in an island style, giving it the perfect mood for a relaxing holidays.
Spread over two floors, the villa has 4 double bedrooms, 1 triple room, a sofa bed in the games room (suitable to accommodate an adult or two kids) and 4 full bathrooms. We can also provide a couple of mattresses for an occasional guest (only upon request and at an extra cost). Please, if you are interested, mention it to us before confirming your booking. Our bed configuration allows us to comfortably accommodate up to 12 or 13 guests.
The ground floor has a huge room with two separate areas, one with a set of comfortable sofas accommodating up to 10 guests and a dining area with a large table and chairs sitting up to 12 guests. Please, bear in mid that the fireplace is for decoration purpose only. Also on the ground floor our guests will find a brand new full equipped good size kitchen, a games room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The games room is equipped with a TV, a sofa bed, some puffs and many toys and games.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed, another one has also a double bed plus a single bed and the third one is equipped with a bunk bed. Each bedroom has its own storage space and bathroom.
Both rooms with a double bed plus the living and dining area have direct access to the private garden.
Outside there is a large porch with two different areas, the dining room with a table and chairs and also the chill out area, with a coffee table and some armchairs, the perfect place to relax and unwind your mind.
Back inside, a flight of stairs leads our guests from the dining area to the upper floor, equipped with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other one with a bunk bed) and a full bathroom in between.
Even though the villa is really fresh and airy, there are two AC unitsin the villa, one in the master bedroom on the upper floor and the other one in the green bedroom on the ground level. The house also offers fiber optic internet connection.
The house is equipped with many cabinets available to customers, although a few are closed as they are used by the owners to store their personal belongings. We will apreciate you to respect these private spaces.
This property has video surveillance elements. These elements are only operational when the property is uninhabited (periods without reservations) in order to avoid theft and occupation. The devices can also be disabled by the guests by closing the optical lens.
INDIGO VILLA has a regular gardening and pool maintenance service. Upon your arrival we will confirm if your stay coincides with the visit of one of these professionals as well as the day and approximate time they plan to visit the house. We appreciate your collaboration and understanding.
Like many buildings in Sitges, our house is not far from the railway, so you may hear the trains whilst from the garden, depending on the wind’s direction. However, there are hardly no trains running at night. Do not hesitate to contact us to clarify any doubt regarding this matter.
All in all, this villa offers a great situation for those looking for a quiet location but yet, close to the sea and the town center!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in sitges. our hosts were delightful, welcoming , extremely helpful & accommodating, gave excellent local recommendations and attended to anything we needed which really was not very much. the villa is exactly like the pictures, spacious, clean and very comfortable. we felt right at home. very well equipped kitchen and the garden is just lovely … plenty of sun beds, a wonderful hammock, a swing and a large grass area. we spent most of our time outside. as per the description & map there is a train line close to the villa but after a day we hardly noticed the trains going by. only noisier when the freight trains went by which wasn’t very often. honestly not a problem at all. we focused on the sounds of the birds and cicadas :) location is brilliant, close to the beach, not far from the centre of sitges, 25 mins walk or 5 min drive. buses were frequent and bus stops 2 mins around the corner. fabulous holiday! thank you blausitges!!
Our stay was delightful, especially on such short notice. airbnb left us in a sticky situation (completely unrelated to this property) and the hosts of this property managed to save the day and it turned out excellently! a lovely villa in a very fancy part of town. a warm welcome from the host and would highly recommend a stay here. excellent bbq/grill as well, got lots of use of that!

We had a great time staying at this property, it is a great option for groups or families that don't mind being too close to the city center and would rather have privacy or be calm. the beach is a short walk away and going to sitges downtown and back home is really easy, both by walking or driving. the house is really beautiful, very nicely decorated and well equipped, the garden is delightful and a great place to just hang out in. i really wish i have a chance to come back some time soon!
De principio a fin nos lo pusieron muy fácil y fueron súper cercanos. solicitamos entrar antes de la hora prevista y todo fueron facilidades, del mismo modo la salida. evidentemente todo depende de la disponibilidad,... si hay entradas o salidas, pero en nuestro caso tanto la entrada como la salida fueron a nuestra medida.cualquier duda q tuvimos, nos respondieron de manera casi inmediata y con soluciones muy satisfactorias.el entorno es genial, dispone de un gran jardín, piscina, barbacoa, tumbonas y comedor exterior, lo disfrutamos muchísimo y nuestro perrito aún más. zona tranquila, a un paso caminando del paseo de sitges. en general un 10!!! repetiremos!!
Fantastic house and location. very clean and beautiful garden and the pool. would definitely recommend it.
We had 3 families and it worked great for toddler and teenagers.beach was 5 mins walk away. everyone was able to take personal time out in the villa as so many corners we could relax in.we arrived earlier than checkin of 4 pm due to flights and taxi being perfect, Juan kindly was flexible and checked us in early so we had a good full day in the villa.the area is amazing very luxury villas. last night was the only disappointment where a neighbour decided to play music from 3 am to 5 am, sounded like a party. other than that night it was quiet.there is a rail line close to the villa and freight trains around 4 am start and probably every 1 or 2 hours after that then stop around 9 pm ish.we really enjoyed going to the nearly 3 times a day as it was so close. Thanks.

Beautiful well-equipped property with a lovely private garden and good sized pool. Quiet neighbourhood and good location - just 5-10 minutes walk to the sea front. the host Juan was extremely helpful and even helped organise airport transfers for us. The only downside of the property was the sound of trains (sometimes from very early in the morning) but this didn’t stop us having a fantastic stay. Sitges is a fabulous place for a holiday and we had a great week at this house exploring the local area and relaxing.
Everything was perfect.
We stayed here as a family and it was fantastic. The garden is huge and great for the kids to run and play. The pool was a big hit with our toddlers and spent most of the trip poolside. The beach is a short walk away and although the walk into the town is a little longer it’s a beautiful walk along the promenade. Joan, the property manager was incredible, answered all our questions and ensured everything was great for our stay. Would highly reccomend!

Cette maison est magnifique ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants. La piscine est très propre et tes grande. Nous avons adoré le fait que les portes fenêtres qui donnent accès au jardin où se trouve la piscine soient équipées d’une fermeture codée de telle sorte que les enfants ne puissent jamais se rendre seuls à la piscine. La cuisine est grande et très fonctionnelle et cette maison est à quelques mètres de la plage à pieds, d’un parc avec jeux pour les enfants et des restaurants. Ils reviendrons sûrement très vite

Flott hus som inneholder alt hva man trenger! Vi var to familier med både små barn og ungdom som fant seg godt til rette. Flott og innholdsrikt «lekerom» for de minste. Rent og fint når vi ankom. Verten var pålitelig og svarte raskt på henvendelser. Rolig område, men noe lyd fra forbipasserende tog. Men etter litt ble vi vant til det og la ikke merke til dem. Verten var og behjelpelig med punktlig transport til og fra flyplass, noe som var veldig behagelig!
