HILLTOP HEAVEN is a spectacular residence built in 2001 and designed following the influence of the renowned Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta Vilchis. Legorreta was known for his innovative use of vibrant colors and geometric shapes that danced in perfect harmony, becoming his distinctive signature. He seamlessly blended functionality with beauty and modernity, integrating natural elements and Mexican-inspired colors in harmony with the surroundings.
Legorreta was also a master at creating aesthetically appealing and sustainable environments that transcended the ordinary. Notably, he used large panels on the main walls of homes, featuring small square windows. These panels were not only works of art but also danced with light, allowing for temperature control and embracing the energy of the sun, inviting us to daydream.
All these characteristics are clearly visible in our spectacular HILLTOP HEAVEN, which we present now. This unique construction pays tribute to beauty, functionality, and harmony.
HILLTOP HEAVEN stands proudly on a hillside, defying gravity with elegance. Its design is carefully planned to accommodate the slope of the land, resulting in several flights of stairs, each leading toward magic.
The main entrance is at the top of the villa, while the garden and pool area are at the lower part of the property. On the entry level, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms features two double beds, and its large windows perfectly showcase Legorreta’s architectural style.
The other bedroom on this level is equipped with a double bed, a sofanbsp;and a table with chairs. However, the highlight of this room is a gigantic world map adorning the main wall. Here, past travels and future destinations intertwine, creating a canvas of adventures waiting to be explored.
Descending a first flight of stairs brings you to the intermediate or main level, where most of the house’s daytime activities take place. In this spacious double-height space, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen, a bar with several stools, a small room adjacent to the kitchen for additional storage, an indoor dining area, and a separate toilet with a sink and WC.
But the standout feature of this level is the spectacular terrace, located just a few meters from the kitchen. With unbeatable views stretching into infinity, the terrace invites us to share moments. The 12-guest dining table becomes the epicenter of laughter, starlit dinners, and whispered secrets at dusk. The awning, like a warm embrace, shields us from the sun or lets us dance under the moonlight.
The gas barbecue is more than just a cooking spot. It’s where memories slow-cook, stories are seasoned with laughter, and the scent of summer mingles with the sea breeze.
Back inside and down a small flight of stairs, you’ll find the living room equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, and a television. On the same level, there’s a small outdoor lounge with two additional armchairs. Although the fireplace is purely decorative, it warms our souls and becomes a confidant during shared conversations on the sofas.
This area is decorated with light tones and natural materials that seamlessly blend with the house’s architecture, enveloping us in a pleasant sense of freedom, privacy, space, and balance with the surroundings.
Descending further down the stairs, you will discover a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathrtub.
Descending another flight of stairs, HILLTOP HEAVEN continues to reveal its enchanting features. We find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub.
Adjacent to this, there’s a small library with two comfortable armchairs and views that will leave our guests torn between continuing their reading or simply admiring the breathtaking landscape. Adjacent to the library, there’s a small terrace with outdoor furniture.
Without moving from the library level, we discover another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
Descending to the lower level of the house, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. These bedrooms share a complete bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and two sinks.
Venturing even lower, a second kitchen adds to the fun. The refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher conspire to make the pool and garden your exclusive destinations. An intriguing feature of this kitchen is the exposed natural rock wall, which lends it a distinctive character.
And now, the jewel in the crown: the garden and pool area of HILLTOP HEAVEN. This space offers a spectacular setting for relaxation, sunbathing, and refreshing swims—all while enjoying the same heart-stopping views as the rest of the house.
The pool size is 15,2 x 4,4 meters, being one of the biggest private pools in the vicinity.
Just below the pool, a terrace with artificial grass awaits, complete with sun loungers beckoning you to stretch out and let the sun caress your skin. Here, time seems to pause, and each hour becomes an express anti-stress treatment.
HILLTOP HEAVEN boasts reliable internet connectivity throughout the house, and most of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ample storage space. While it’s possible to park a medium-sized car within the property limits, street parking in front of the villa and free of charge is always available.
HILLTOP HEAVEN transcends mere architecture; it’s a poetic canvas of colors, a melodic interplay of forms, and an architectural embrace. Located just a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and the vibrant town of Sitges, this refuge invites you to lose track of time while simultaneously finding yourself.
Are you ready to immerse yourself in HILLTOP HEAVEN and write your own chapter in this captivating story? Welcome to your oasis!
