The area surrounding the SUSAN apartament in Sitges

Superbly located in a quiet residential area with only a very short walk down to one of the most beautiful beaches and only 10 minutes from the old quarter.

Els Molins is a new residential area located just by the San Sebastian Beach area.

The train station, with frequent departures to Barcelona and El Prat International Airport is only 5 minute´s walk.

There is a large supermarket a few meters from the apartment that opens from Monday to Sunday.

Description of the SUSAN apartment in Sitges

This first floor apartment with lift is in a great location for your stay in Sitges and combines the relaxing atmosphere of a residential area with the proximity to the center and also the best features.

Once you enter the apartment you find the big living room,bright and sunny. You can walk through the sliding doors to a small balcony with views to the communal pool and garden.

In the living-room area features a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a piece of furniture with the TV. In this area there is also a dining area with a dining table and matching chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a large cupboard space and marble worktops. There's a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and a small table perfect for a fast breakfast before going to the beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and two side tables. Just by the bedroom there is a full bathroom with bath. The second and thrid rooms are also double, one with two single beds and the other one with a double sofa bed. Each bedroom in this apartment has its own wardrobe. There is also a second full bathroom.

The apartment has a parking space in the same building available at no extra cost.

This is a great apartment conveniently located for both the beaches and the old town, in a quiet residential area. With a balcony, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself.
